Once you have chosen the promo that you would like to order, you may call our customer service department at 1-800-888-2991 and place your order over the phone, or you may order online using our new, easy-to-use 4-step order process:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an emailed confirmation. If you haven't already uploaded your artwork, you can reply back to the order confirmation email and attach your artwork. Your personal account manager will email you an E-proof and invoice for your final approval usually 24-48 hours after placing your order. You may reply with your approval or revisions. If a change in quantity is requested, a revised quote and order recap will be sent for final approval. We provide unlimited FREE E-proofs!
If your method of payment is via credit card, you will not be charged until we receive your final approval. Upon approval, we will send you a paid invoice immediately after your card is charged. Standard production time for most items is only 5 business days, and we will send you UPS tracking information once your order ships out. For rush orders, please note that we guarantee your order will ship on time, but we cannot be held responsible for courier delays which are beyond our control.
