Pricing & Order Confirmations

Bag prices include a 1-color 1-location running charge using our Durascreen imprint process. Screen /set up is $ 60 per color/location. Set up for complex multiple logos imprints may be additional. Additional imprint colors add .45 per color/location.Free paper proof on all orders. Set up, imprinting and art specs may vary with each item- please inquire. Prices are subject to change pending art, credit approval, and customer’s final requirements.

Screen / set-ups cover the process of creating the silkscreen ( i.e.“ template” or “plate” ) used to apply the imprint to the product, the labor to calibrate the equipment to client ‘s desired imprint size and imprint color specifications, the design layout , typesetting if desired, and a paper proof. Screens are stored for a minimum period of 14 months. On re-orders, screens will be either cleaned or re-created and a paper proof will be sent to the client for signature
approval before production to verify the correct imprint.


Order Confirmations:

To insure the accuracy and timely delivery of your order, please fax all order details and special instructions on your company letterhead to the attention of your sales representative. Please call to confirm receipt. If you do not receive an email confirmation or phone call - assume it has not yet been received. We acknowledge all orders within 24 hours. We can not accept email correspondence as an order.


Order estimates:

We can provide order estimates upon request. For invoices requested prior to shipment, an estimated overrun allowance may be added . Our preferred shipping method is UPS ground due to economy and online tracking capability. Rush orders will ship best way and as needed if specific delivery dates are requested. Order estimates may vary from actual costs due to changes in order, art work, quantity, over/underruns, destinations, fuel surcharges, brokerage and changes in shipping methods, etc. It is difficult to know in advance exactly how a rush order will ship. The more lead time you provide, the more economical we can ship your order.


Sample policy:

Samples provide our clients the opportunity to view the excellent quality and features of our products prior to ordering. In most cases samples are sent at no charge to established clients and pre-qualified prospects. We reserve the right not to send samples if requests are excessive or personal in nature. At our discretion, samples may be invoiced. A credit card may be requested before shipment. Samples shipping outside the continental US may require credit card in advance of shipment.


Over/underuns:

Every effort will be made to ship exact quantities, 5% over/underuns on most items are allowable and billable. Plastic bags may run higher.
