With todays technology, we can accept almost any file format.Our preferred format is Adobe Illustrator with an .eps or .ai file extension. If this does not exist, a high res ( 300-600 dpi) .jpg, or .pdf file format is usually fine. Other preferred program formats include PhotoShop, Adobe Illustrator, Freehand, Corel Draw, or Quark Express. Please send art files in a creative outline format and include all fonts in your design.

After you place an order, you will receive an email order confirmation. Simply reply back and attach art files when ready. You may also send art directly to art@conventionbags.com along with your order number and we will route to your sales representive for you. A free e-proof will will be provided on all orders for your final approval prior to production.

What happens next? Confirmations & communication every step of the way! Your order and receipt of art will be confirmed.
